Psalm 63:1 says, “You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you, I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water.” Jesus shared in Matthew 5:6, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.” Our world is drying up spiritually. Our society is becoming more secular. These are signs of the end of time. Yet there are people around us who are thirsty and searching. Their mouths are parched, and the water of this world is not satisfying their thirst. Jesus shared with the Samaritan woman at the well that He had water that will eternally quench her thirst. Do you believe this today? Are you sharing this water with others? Four members of the Johnston family joined the Tampa First family through baptism and profession of faith. Their decision has caused a stir in the hearts of some of their friends who are thirsting for something more than this world can give. Satan is trying to deceive people with the things of this world that never satisfy a thirst that can only be quenched by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Consider sharing the living water of Jesus with someone today.
